How we work

Great camerawork needs a solid foundation. That's what we're here for.

We work with dollies, gimbals, car rigs, cranes and all kinds of camera mounts, and put the camera wherever the shot needs it.

Solutions are rarely fixed from the outset. The best ones usually come out of close collaboration with the camera department, the director and the production team. It depends on what the shot needs to achieve, how much time is actually available that day and how much of it we can reasonably take for the set-up. Some shots demand speed, others precision. Knowing what the moment calls for is a big part of our job. That starts in prep and only ends on the last shooting day.

We know grip and camera equipment inside out and bring that knowledge in early, before it turns out on set that something can't be done. If a job calls for more than we can cover ourselves, we bring in specialists or have bespoke kit made.

Whatever we build has to hold, so that nobody on set has to give it a second thought.

Our team is fit, alert and quick to react. We keep things moving without bringing stress to the set. When things get tight, that counts for more than any equipment list.
